| Chun Wo has a strategy of business diversification both in the nature of the work we undertake and also the geographical areas we work in. The Middle East has been on our radar for sometime as we recognised the growing significance of the region as a strategic location between Australasia and Europe, and the UAE as a rapidly developing country with visionary plans for development.
In 2007, Chun Wo expanded into the UAE with the purchase of two plots for residential development on Al Reem Island within one of the most prestigious master plans in the City - Shams Abu Dhabi on Reem Island and to develop them into some of the first buildings which will be constructed in the new Abu Dhabi.
We have a long history behind the company and expertise in many construction disciplines. We always manage our projects with competent and experienced staff, whose clear priorities are to thoroughly plan, execute and fulfill our obligations responsibly. Our staff always faces challenges and proactively tackle problems with practicality and perseverance in a positive way. This has led to us developing a reputation for our attention to detail and exceptional capabilities in building construction, civil engineering, foundations, electrical and mechanical engineering as well as high standards of fit-out. All of these skills will be utilised on the projects we develop in Abu Dhabi.
